  • Eligibility: You may return unused and undamaged items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return condition: Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Exchange: You may request an exchange for a different size, color, or item of equal value (based on availability).
  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
Damaged or incorrect Items
